What is the Ecosystem Fund?
The Ecosystem Fund, administered by inspirent on behalf of the Scottish Government, provides grants up to £40,000 to organisations that are driving entrepreneurial growth and innovation across Scotland.
Funding is available to support projects that:
- Expand access to entrepreneurship for underrepresented groups.
- Deliver skills development, mentorship, and collaboration.
- Boost Scotland's visibility as a global hub for startups.
- Increase access to funding and investment opportunities.
- Encourage innovation.
Who Can Apply?
We're looking for those who can make a lasting impact, including:
- Incubators, accelerators & community groups - supporting early-stage entrepreneurs.
- Universities, colleges & education providers - fostering enterprise learning and innovation.
- Industry associations & non-profits - driving sector-specific entrepreneurship.
- Un-constituted groups or individuals - exploring opportunities to encourage entrepreneurship.
- Established businesses & private organisations - collaborating with startups and pre-startups.
Organisations, groups, or individuals must be headquartered or have significant operations in Scotland.
